Glass Tumblers:
If your glass tumbler arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will happily replace the damaged item or provide a refund upon receiving proof of damage. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging.
Stickers and Coasters:
For stickers and coasters, we understand that accidents happen. If your items are lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll promptly replace the damaged or missing items at no extra cost to you.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@coasterclubus.com with your order number and details of the issue. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for returning the item(s).
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
